do i have to repot a plant that's been overwatered? or can i just adjust its watering schedule? pics for reference. these plants don't like me or my house's lack of sunlight

How long has it been over watered?

the leaves have been curling like that for about a week or two

I would honestly wait, put her in a window or close by one that gets some sun. Wait for the soil to dry completely.

Hopefully you can save her, if that doesn't work then I would take the soil and repot.

BigGracI also find that taking the nursery pot out of the cover pot helps it dry out faster if it’s been overwatered
