    That's a millipede species. As creepy as they look. Millipede are really beneficial. I used to have a few as pets. They eat dead plant deitritus and are good for the soil.

    If they are inside, you'd just scoop them up in a cup or something and take them outside. They may have come in the soil, otherwise you'd have to find where they are entering the house. If it's outside, I wouldn't bother. SSince like I said they are beneficial
