What on earth is happening to this echevaria leaf?!? Should I be concerned??? It was really soggy initially, I thought maybe overwatering… however now whatever is growing in it is worrying me. This is also only isolated to this leaf. The rest of my plant is thriving. Any ideas?

Does not look like an echeveria. The leaf looks damaged from overwatering. Need pic of entire plant. Looks more like a type of pachy.

The store label definitely said Echeveria, but this wouldn’t be the first time I’ve had a plant labeled wrong

Well that does look more like an echeveria. Makes a difference to see entire plant.

Still my best guess is overwatering. Are you familiar with succulents? Waiting till soil is bone dry? With overwatering, the leaves, or one leaf, will swell up and look kinda translucent. Kinda mushy as it progress. Then will eventually fall off. Others may have some insight. Does not look like pests. So probably observe and see what happens.
