i’ve always thought it looked more like a neon pothos but all of the labels said golden pothos so i’ve not known what to think!! glad to know it’s not just me who thinks that!!

Cultivars of pothos originated from the golden pothos (Epipremnum Aureum). Yours is a Neon pothos cultivar. The spots could be watering issues. Both overwatering and under watering can cause spots and dark leaf edges. Check the soil for signs of rot. Let the soil dry out between watering and before the leaves droop too much. Give it more bright indirect light. Pothos do well on low light areas. They thrive in bright indirect light areas. Also, older leaves near the soil tend to die off. It’s normal. It’s unusual if several leaves die at once. 🪴🍀

thank you!! the spots developed before i learnt how to properly water plants so it’s probably from that then!!

Thats def a Neon Pothos, but she looks healthy and I wouldn’t worry about the occasional brown spot. Mine has a couple here and there, too.
