sun damage? not sure what the small little speckles are, they've don't move but can be picked off. they don't seem to be affecting the health of the plant. not pests. haven't checked the roots yet, hasn't been repotted in over a year. west facing window, she's sat here (about a foot away from it) since she's been in this pot. new leaves don't unfurl with this damage and most of the leaves don't have it at all despite being months unfurled. big spot in the second pic is not transparent, so not edema
