Cat got my spider plant and my ponytail palm. I don’t know if I should trim back the damaged leaves or leave them alone. What is the best way to help my plants with their recovery?

Women are WaterI recently heard that spider plants act as a psychedelic to cats when they nibble on them. Not sure how true that is but if it’s true I’d move it out of the cats reach. Poor thing is getting high. Lol You can alway cut the damaged leaves if they bother you but both should recover just fine. As long as the cat is not allowed to continue to chew on them.

Thank you! I read the same thing about the plant being a psychedelic so we moved both plants out of reach of the cats.
