I was having a similar problem with little mushrooms in my pots, and I think it had to do with that the soil was moist enough and the area the plant was in was just the perfect spot for mushrooms to form, so I would think maybe the bottom of your pot is too moist? I will say pluck that think out asap and keep an eye on more because I had a small mushroom problem for a while and it went to other plants.

Mushrooms will not hurt your plant. They are a sign of healthy soil although it does probably indicate too much moisture for a zz. Mushrooms feed on organic matter in moist conditions. It says you have good organic content in your soil. I would think if you wanted to make it less inviting for the mushrooms, the next time you repot add a little inorganic matter like sand to the soil. This would reduce the moisture and provide less feeding material for the mushrooms.

For once it doesn't look like a flowerpot parasol. It could still be a weirdly thin one, but it might be a dapperling mushroom
