I have tried everything to get rid of fungi grunts any suggestions to help me please

    Not sure what all you've tried but I'll give a few suggestions. Hydrogen peroxide waterings helped a lot for me when they were really bad. I only stuck with it until they were no longer driving me crazy though, so there were still a few. Ive heard a lot about mosquito bits. When I had a thrips outbreak, the systemic granules i used for that completely wiped them out. Some other things that can help manage them but won't necessarily take care of them are sticky traps, repotting your plants in fresh chunky soil, watering less(if your plants can take it of course), and I've heard that cinnamon can help some, although I'm not sure it helped me that much.

    I’ve had fungus gnats in the past and I’ve learned that I had to let my plants dry out and then water them to get rid of them I also bought some of the yellow sticky traps to catch them so they’re not all over the place that helped me a lot. The peroxide method didn’t help me at all.

    OK, so I have a whole bunch of sticky traps everywhere. I’ve tried Hydro peroxide didn’t work. I tried the cinnamon method didn’t work. Also I bought these like little pebble things off of Amazon and so far I don’t know if they’re working or not but I’m just so sick of fungi grants
