Okay this is my first monstera a Thai constellation she is small but mighty I am scared she my have thrips idk if that is valid but she has a few small tears in her leaves and browning on her stem and I would rather catch it sooner than later. I treated as a preventative measure with insecticidal soap as well as put some diatomaceous earth down. Can anyone tell me if this is thrip damage I am seeing?
