Overwatered? Underwater? How can I tell? I let it rest for a week and it still looks like this. I watered once every week to two weeks

    That plant looks too small for the pot it is in. It might be overwatered. Overwatering is frequency not volume. Pothos like to get pretty dry but not to the point they are withering. Get that plant out of the pot and look at its roots and the soil around it. If it is desert dry- you need to get it better water- soak for a bit to treat for hydrophobic soil. If the soil is dripping wet repot in a smaller pot with a better draining soil.
