My newest pothos has this weird spot of discoloration on two leaves. It’s in a low light self watering pot and I’ve been spraying it with a pesticide since it’s been in quarantine. It hasn’t grown or gotten bigger but it hasn’t gotten on any more plants. I recently repotted it and it looked healthy so I’m not sure what the problem is.

Hey Riley, I’m not big on self watering pots bc I feel like I can’t control how much water they actually get, if it’s too much or too little, which could cause browning spots, also has there been any significant temp changes? Or. Do you ever move it, also looks like it could have got singed possible. I’m not sure where you live but pothos like humidity so if it’s dropped then that could cause it too.

Pothos like to dry out between waterings so I would get rid of the self watering pot first to avoid root rot & remove the 2 leaves if possible !
