Ji11Most plants turn a reddish color when they are getting too much light. It’s a way for them to block it kind of like sunblock. Give it more of an indirect light and it should gradually fade back to green.

Correct, you dont want the direct sunlight/rays to “touch” the leaves but you want the plant to “see” the sky
