I think your over watering it the soil looks very very wet.
0 LikesI water it every two weeks, and the soil is actually very dry right now. I have been very careful not to overwater. I'm wondering if it's some kind of pest?

0 LikesHave you moved it recently? I have had one for a few months and found that each time I changed its location, it would lose leaves, until it lost them all pretty much. All of its current leaves are new baby leaves.
0 LikesNo, I have not. It has been it the same spot for quite a while. The room it is in gets cooler at night but not enough to affect it, I wouldn't think.
