   It's hard to ID with that photo. To get a better picture: first, learn how to "lock focal length" on your phone camera. (On android, you tap the screen and it brings up a circle with a lock icon. Tapping the lock turns the circle gold when it's locked. Even android phones vary on how to do it though.) Once you know how to lock that, zoom in to about 6x. Aim at something close-up and tap the screen to make it auto-focus. Lock the focus length, then aim at the bug. Physically move the phone closer or further away until the bug is in focus and take the photo. That'll help you get more identifiable pictures of tiny things :D
