My white fusion calathea suddenly looks like this... The soil is damp from watering it a few days ago and it turned to this in that time. Is it possible that it got too much light? It's been happy in the spot I've had it but I could see it becoming too bright there on an especially sunny day. Do we think there's any coming back from this for it?

Looks like it went too long without water based on all the leaves being tightly curled as it’s dying.

It definitely didn't, I wonder what's actually causing it 😕

What do you water with? Some of the tips look like it was damaged by tap water but also if it’s been sitting in direct sun calatheas don’t like that

I do use tap, which it's been fine with so far, BUT I just remembered that I used a new fertilizer on it last time. I'm guessing it probably didn't jive with it or something and that's what took it out 😕

Could be fertilizer burn 🤔 you could start using aquarium water conditioner in your tap water to be safe too. I use api stress coat started using it with all my plants and my fussy ones are doing way better.
