I have found these small dots on my plants, I’m not sure if it could be a problem or not. But it’s only on three of them

The jade plant is most likely minerals or salts being pushed out of the leaf. They should wipe off pretty easily. I use tap water and have seen this happen a few times to mine. The air plant is most likely the tricombs which cover the leaves. My air plant’s tricombs look more white the drier they are. The darker specs are most likely dirt. Mine had a shocking amount of dirt caught in the leaves. I had to actively work to gently spray them off when I watered it for several months; and I’m not convinced I got it all. All that being said, if you look at the plants with a magnifying glass, and the little specs have legs or move…I’m totally incorrect and those are bugs 😅
