I’ve seen something similar in my plants when I get something sprayed on unfurling leaves. I bet it’s just harmless spots from that, and I bet as the leaf hardens and darkens as it ages they will fade and barely be noticeable eventually. I just try not to leave sprays on new growth, and I remove it with a q-tip. But still watch for pests. I just don’t think that’s from a pest or even a fungus or virus. I would consider it harmless if it were my plant. It’s a gorgeous plant!! I can’t do the McColley because my humidity is too low. The leaves don’t unfurl.

thank you!! i was frantically googling signs of pests and none of them really match up to this, so i’m really leaning toward it being the neem too. here’s to hoping lol!
0 J'aimeIt could be edema, water bubbles on the plant when the roots send too much water to the plant. The water bubbles deflate or burst leaving a pock mark. The new leaf could be more sensitive to this phenomenon.
