    Eeeks, yeah after further investigation, I’d say the beginning stages of thrips for sure 😬 wash down the whole plant in the shower, repot into new soil and a sterilized pot if you can, and treat with an indoor plant pesticide (I’d recommend spraying outdoors if you got pets or kids), and just keep treating for a good month or so, thrips are the roaches of plant pests, they are hard to kill and love to sneak back in
