I’m so sorry this is a bad photo. I have had a few of these hugs around my house. I’m trying to figure out if it is from plants or something else! Any help is great. It is very tiny (a few milliliters) and doesn’t seem to fly.

Looks like it's probably a ground beetle; they're harmless and occasionally wander indoors by accident. Also tip for getting better photos of small insects: learn how to "lock focus" on your phone camera. On android, you can do it by tapping the screen (that should bring up a circle with a lock icon) and tapping the lock (it turns gold when locked). Set your zoom to anywhere from 3x to 6x (you have to set zoom first; zooming after locking focus unlocks it). Then aim at something close up and tap the screen to force it to auto-focus, and lock the focus. Then aim at your subject and physically move the phone closer or further from it until the image is clear
