    Could be fungal. Iā€™d try a fungicide. If possible check her roots, she could have root rot as well. How often do you water her?

      once a week is what I plan for but if the soil is too wet I like to wait but I have been treating with neem oil maybe itā€™s too harsh or my ratio is off I repotted on April 3rd after having it for a week and I donā€™t wanna disturb the roots so soon but I donā€™t want to let any potential root rot get worst either

      Once a week may be too often depending on how dry the air is in your home. My furnace zaps the moisture out of mine but she is in about an 16-18ā€ pot
