Why does my umbrella tree have 3 droopy stems at the top? She’s been watered and has enough light. And she was just repotted? Can I trim those off and prop them maybe? Please help!

I found out why! Root rot! My first plant that has had it that bad! I just chopped her above the root and bad stem and put her in some water!!!
