fungal or bacterial infection from being overwatered and to high of humidity with poor light. Did it come in pot or bag. The fungal can spread to other leaves and plants, it’s normal best to cut of to avoid fungal spores s from spreading . Also looks like tap water was use to mist as signs of chlorine dried marks on leaves. Before cutting the leaves of see what others have to say just in case I’m wrong. I’ve not had this issue so can’t say for sure, I just did a few different ai searches with the images

That kind of fungus is called fusarium. With sterilized cutters, cut off affected leaves (or affected sections plus a 1 inch margin if you can't afford to lose a whole leaf.) Spray leaves and roots with hydrogen peroxide or neem oil (both are good fungicides, just use what you're familiar with.) If it's a minor case, one treatment should do it, but retreat as needed (every 2-3 days for peroxide)

Do all fusaria (fusariums??) have that yellow margin and the outward-spreading circles?
