Hydrogen peroxide in water (research the ratios tho!), neem oil, systemic granules, and fungus gnat sticky traps. The last 3 can be purchased on Amazon! I’ve had luck initially spraying everything down with neem oil and repotting with the systemic granules

Diatomaceous earth works really well if you’re looking for more of a natural way to go. Just sprinkle a little bit all on the soil and you should be good to go.

Not so natural, but quick fix would be captain jacks dead bug concentrate ! You can either mix with water in a spray bottle or mix when watering! It’s helped me a ton :)

After long battles with fungus gnats, the best thing I found is to put mosquito dunks into my watering can. I put them into a mesh bag (like the party favor ones from weddings) and let the water soak in there. I use mosquito dunks and not mosquito bits because people say that the bits can mold. I do this with every watering. It won’t hurt the plant. I even use it on my super sensitive carnivorous plants. I rarely see a gnat now. The dunks release a bacteria that kill the larva so it will take time but if you do it consistently it will absolutely work.
