I have a dragon tree and some of the leaves tips are turning brown. Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to help it?

Try increasing humidity around it. It looks like the air is maybe too dry. Also, the soil looks super wet and a little bit compacted. Does that pot have drainage, and are you letting it dry out at least halfway between waterings? I would double check the roots to make sure there’s nothing going on there, and maybe repot adding some perlite to the soil to help with drainage and allow some air to get to the roots. I also like to “fluff up” the top soil with a little mini zen garden rake between waterings. It helps with airflow into the soil and keeps it from compacting.

Mine three! And it was doing so well until the cold temps started. It has to be the fact that we are now using heat. I have all the diffusers on etc, bc I’ve noticed ALL the plants are suffering 😱🫣🙏🏽
