I've had this plant since November. I repotted it and it's been so difficult to manage. I fed it water yesterday in hopes it would come back to life. Any tips or advice? Does she have a chance of survival? What am I doing wrong!? Please help!!!

Is this a stromanthe? Do you use tap water when you water it? How is the humidity in your house?

Hi! This is a White Calathea Fusion. I use spring water for all my plants :( I'm not sure, how would I check humidity in my house?

All prayer plants like humid environments and tend to deteriorate if they are not getting the proper humidity. I have a humidifier to help increase the humidity in the room where my prayer plants are and I also mist them frequently (always early in the day though so that the water doesn’t sit on the leaves too long). Also grouping plants together helps increase the humidity around the plants. Also I think plantyann is on the right track that it could be under watered. Calatheas (prayer plants in general) do not like to dry out completely. Letting it completely dry out will stress the plant. I generally let my prayer plants dry 1/3-1/2 of the way down before watering, and I really try to avoid letting them get any drier than 1/2 way down. Depending on the light the plant is getting it will use water at different rates, so I really encourage you to feel the soil every few days (and definitely before deciding to water it).
