This dracaena plant was one of my first plant purchases last spring… I honestly don’t pay much attention to it because it’s been fairly boring/slow growing, but recently it’s gotten some areas with yellow and brown, not sure what’s causing it? The leaves it’s appearing on are the newer leaves too…

I’m having the same issue with mine, I switched the soil to a more well drainage cactus soil and fertilized it. It started to come back a little bit. Hopefully yours does to. They don’t like to much bright light because it can scorch the foliage.

I just bought one today and along with another plant because I wanted some low maintenance plants but I did a lot of reading up on them. Yellowing is usually due to overwatering but can be because it’s under watered or not getting enough food. I also got some tropical liquid food for them and put it in the soil. Hopefully that helps a little

They need minimal water and will not tolerate any chemicals usually found in tap.
