I JUST bent my Aglaonema Valentine in half, so mad!! I added the top half to my pothos cutting to see if it’ll “save it”. Not sure what to do with the bottom since the roots are still strong?? I also took a picture of the previous leaf that fell off to see if it was developing some type of disease anyways, not sure though. Please help ☹️

keep watering the pot as usual and keep it in part sun and it will keep growing as long as the root system is still good. keep taking good care of it, accidents happen 🙃 as for the broken piece, I think if it has a node it will grow roots, wait for the roots to get long enough and then you can replant it in the same pot.

I had a similar decapitation happen to me on a windy day. The one bud that got chopped off has now resulted in like 6 along the stem bottom 6 weeks later

Any tips on how to keep the stem bottom from dying?

I moved her out of Direct sun for a few weeks (since it’s outdoors in Florida) and made sure to stick my finger in the soil to see whether it needed to be watered or not everyday as without leaves the need may change. I don’t recall when she was decapitTed I want to say November but her is from August pre-injury and from today
