   Slime mold. Not harmful to the plant. It’s actually pretty cool if you look it up

   it’s fungal growth, likely from watering too often, though there are plenty of other causes like overly dense soil, lack of airflow, and lack of light

   Definitely slime mold, a few of my plants also have and are fine. Slime molds do not attack plants or damage them in any way. No control measures are necessary.
