Not So Green Thumb

I got this little girl from my local greenhouse for 50% off ($4), I’m guessing because they were battling a bad case of gnats. I know… RED FLAG. I brought her and a string of hearts home. Found a red spider mite on the pot 2 days ago, sprayed with alcohol water mix. Found another yesterday on the edge of the pot. Sprayed with permethrin. No webs that I can see. Found one on the string of hearts, in a sealed container I was using to prop, TOSSED IT. Is this $4 cutie worth the worry and risk of spreading to my other plants? If I treat again, how long before I can confidently say I’ve wiped them out? She’s been quarantined the entire time, but she’s stressing me out!

Thanks for you’re help but nope not like those… From my Google search they may be clover mites. Bright red, leaves a red/orange stain where you’ve squished them. There could’ve been a web when I got it but I sprayed it down when I repotted it.

The one from the edge of the pot I coaxed onto my nail and it immediately started crawling, it was the tiniest little speck so I was extremely surprised.
