Hi guys! Need some advice about my Jade plant. He is getting 6 hours of sunshine, watered regularly but not over watering him. He keeps dropping leaves and is so sparse in the winter months. Worried about him, I have changed the soil and repotted him about 6 weeks ago as there was some white appearing on his soil... There are flies around the plant sometimes. I have attached a photo of now and about 8 months ago.
