Hello! I can’t figure out the problem with the plant. I am watering it every 10 days and it gets enough light from the two windows. The lower leaves are hit the worst but the too ones are starting to become yellowish. Any advice?

K’s PlantsHave you had this plant in this location during winter before? The brown leaf appears to be the one facing your heat register. The heat might be cooking and drying out your plant.

No, i got it in November. I too suspect the culprit to be the heat.
