My golden Pothos has been having the following issues: yellow turning leaves, spots, and is not producing new leaves and when it does, they look like in the picture with missing pieces and feels weak. I repotted it and changed the spoil and checked for root rot, wasn’t the issue. Any suggestions?

It kind of looks like it might be thrips?? I had a thrips issue this past summer, and the new leaves on my pothos came out looking like yours in the right picture. Try treating it with insecticide and watch for small, thin black bugs

be careful of what a moisture meter says! they aren’t always accurate and then you’ll end of overwatering it. use a chopstick as like a cake test. if the chopstick comes out clean, water your pothos. they can grow quite well with not a lot of light. I have ones about 4-5’ from a west and east window and are growing like weeds! I would check for bugs. thrips often causes deformed growth. the bugs can be black but they can also be white. they’ll look like tinier versions of kernel of rice. I would also move this plant away from others just in case. thrips will spread to other plants, if that’s indeed what you have.

My guess would also be a pest of some sort unfortunately. I’m currently in a nasty battle with both spider mites and thrips. My thrips infected plants have the same problem with new growth coming out damaged and deformed, as well as dark discoloration on the older leaves. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but if the dark spots are indented like little pock marks i’d definitely say thrips. I agree with isolating it and keeping a close eye on your leaves, especially the underside. Start by wiping the leaves with a paper towel then spraying the leaves, stems, and soil with neem oil 2x week. If that doesn’t do the trick look into beneficial mites. I haven’t ordered some yet (planning to tomorrow) but i’ve watched a lot of youtube videos about it and the general consensus is that they’re the fastest and easiest way to combat pests.
