Mine has similar markings! I have no clue what it is but it is perfectly healthy, so I wouldn’t worry about them if your plant is also doing okay otherwise! Maybe someone else here has better ideas??

It may be mealy bugs or spider mites, it’s hard to tell with the photos here. Are you seeing this mostly on the undersides of leaves? Any white residue or small web like things on the bottom of leaves? And what about stems- do you see anything there?

There are a few different ways! I’d start by removing any you can see with a qtip soaked in hydrogen peroxide (this kills them). Then, treat 1-2 times a week with insecticidal soap for a month. You can also soak the plant in an insecticidal bath. There are a lot of different ways to treat. Check out houseplusplant on Instagram - great resource!

If the dots on the smaller leaves are symmetrical, those are the stomata (air holes) and they are fine. Sometimes they scar on these plants for some reason. The spots on older leaves look like edema or thrips to me. Sounds like you should treat for pest just in case!
