I’ve had this Rubber Plant for about four months and she stopped growing altogether for the winter. Ive noticed some dry/dead parts in her stem and Im worried that its dying. I repotted her about three weeks ago. Roots look healthy! I keep this one and all of my other humidity loving plants in my bathroom: on the window sill or on my sink. They have grow lights which I installed in my overhead sink lights. I’m just at a loss.

Things stop growing and don’t look so hot during the winter. If it’s still bad during spring or severely actively dying then it means something wrong is going on

I’ve never had one of these so I may be wrong, but it looks like your plant may be “corking”. When it turns more into a tree. I would look more into it and see if that’s what you think it is!

Yes pretty sure that is just corking. Mine has a stem like this and stops growing this time of year. Thrives again over summer. The leaves also ‘burn’ quite easily from too much sunlight so maybe investige the light levels. I think there is a tool on here for that.

I see, okay I will look at how I should adjust my watering and light schedule accordingly
