i’ve had my haworthia for a hot minute now, watering it about once or twice a month. i don’t know whether i’m blind, or not, but i haven’t noticed a difference in growth or height. what should i do?

haworthia are very slow growing and yours looks fairly healthy so it’s likely just fine. i water mine about every month though, so it might be getting a bit too much water. are you making sure the soil is completely dry between waterings?

feeling the top of the soil is unfortunately not a good gauge of the soil’s moisture overall. i suggest the skewer/chopstick method instead— insert the skewer all the way to the bottom of the pot, let it sit for a few minutes, if the skewer comes out clean it’s ready to water, but if there’s soil on it still you should wait and try again in a few days. much like testing a cake when baking

Maybe give it more light. Otherwise Keep doing what your doing. Looks happy and healthy!

When you take your progress pictures try to take them from the same angle and same side of the plant. Like plant father said its a slow growing plant but if you are able to take the same picture you can see more easily that small changes you might not have noticed

I purchased a plant meter to gauge when to water. It takes the guesswork out of the equation. I LOVE it! But I agree that your plant looks great!
