I repotted my monstera early October and immediately 2 new leaves began growing. However by the end of the month they became stagnant, and have been like this since. I checked in November for root rot but didn’t find any and I make sure the soil is mostly dry by the next watering. I have it under a grow light but there has been no new growth. I gave it fertilizer today when watering. What can I do to help the new leaves continue growing out? Thank you in advance!

Could it just be going slightly dormant for the winter? If there are no signs of distress, I’d leave it be until spring and see if it starts growing then.

Mine did this for MONTHS and just recently pushed out two new leaves. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Lesson I learned: Just be patient! ☺️

How about humidity? I find if I give them a little more when there are new leaves coming, they unfurl more quickly.

I fertilize with every watering because it’s low and they’re still growing in the winter.
