This one does look overwatered (based on the thin tissue and the bulbous looking top) and unfortunately and I’m not sure if it can come back… Just from this image I would say your soil is waaaaaay to moisture retaining. These guys need soil that retains extremely little moisture. I use a succulent/cacti mix and then add at least 50% perlite to that for mine. (Others probably have good suggestions as well) They can go weeks up to multiple months without needing any water. I can’t tell from the image how deep your pot is, but these have quite deep root systems so a shallower pot will not work for them. Before I even think about watering ALL of these must be present: 1. Soil 100% dry 2. Slightly squishy when squeezed 3. Wrinkles on top 4. Plant is sinking into the soil slightly I usually wait another 3-4 days after these signs until I water. I also don’t drench them when its time. I’ll usually bottom water and allow them to absorb water 50% of the way then let them drain completely. Good luck! These guys are super fun little plants once you get the hang of them :)
