Any idea if this is a pest problem on my arrowhead plant? If yes, which one and how to treat? Spider mites?

Yes, it looks like spider mites. I see some webbing. I would rinse the leaves and stems off, making sure you get in all of the crevices and front and back of the leaves. Then I would spray some insecticidal soap or neem oil all over the leaves and stems and repeat 1-2x per week to make sure they don’t come back. I spray every time I water just as a preventative with all of my plants. Make sure to keep it away from other plants for a few weeks. Also check any plants that it is currently near to see if they have spread and repeat the process with those, also. You can get the spray at Walmart/Home Depot/Amazon, etc. If you don’t have any on hand right away, you can also use some dish soap and water in a spray bottle until you get some. Hope this helps!

Thanks! I was hoping it wasn't spider mites. I treated this about 6 months ago with insecticidal soap 2x/week until they were gone and systemic granules. Are these plants just super prone to spider mites? I'm not sure it's worth the hassle if they keep recurring.

Syngoniums aren’t prone to pests. I have 17 varieties and they live outside. The only time I had spider mites on a syngonium was when it was next to an infected orchid I got from the discount shelves at Home Depot.

Just FYI, systemic granules (w/ imidacloprid) don’t kill spider mites — it actually increases their fecundity! So that might have contributed to the issue
