   Definitely mealy bugs 😫 I would clean all of the visible areas with rubbing alcohol. After that would give it a nice shower. And after it will be dry, spray it with some Neem oil solution (can be easily made yourself (neem oil, water, dish soap) or sold premade). When done - observe it, and repeat weekly or so until it’s pests free. PS definitely better to isolate it from your other plants, since mealy bugs spread pretty fast, from my experience
