Does anyone know what this is? My Calathea has been like that for so long. I’ve checked for any mites or pest and there’s nothing anywhere. These spots just keep appearing.

Mines looked similar to this! It doesn’t have any tiny white spots on the bottoms of the leaves? If not it could also be a humidity thing! Put it near a humidifier and see if it starts to look better! Also- have you been watering with filtered/ distilled? Calatheas are sensitive to lime in tap water!

Hmm that’s puzzling! I’d continue to have it close to a humidifier often if not all the time and maybe try using distilled water for a little bit since it is just water without any minerals! Besides the crispy edges and spots is it healthy? Is it pushing out new leaves? Wish I could be of more help!

other people might have better answers, but my mind goes to what kind of water you use, and humidity. caletheas dont like hard water, so if the tap water in you area is hard, i would recommend using rain or distilled water. lower humidity can cause crispy tips or edges, which i see on a few of the leaves. hope this helps!
