I bought this bonsai from a garden centre and can anyone help identify it and help me? All it does is go brown and drop leaves

I had the same issue with mine. I put it in my window in the sunniest spot in my home and it is doing so much better. Try putting it in a spot that gets more sunshine. Direct sun if possible

  Thank u i will try this! Its lost so much more leaves, im worried its getting too cold as i live in the UK and its -2°c most days
