Mikayla’s menagerie

The black spots started popping up, they wipe right off but they’ve spread from plant to plant. Any ideas? I can find nothing online that gets even close. Picture is Ti plant and Pothos

    Probably leaf hoppers. They drain the plants and leave their filthy calling cards. Then, they fly to the next lunch spot! Neem oil or insecticidal soap can help if you can find them. There are several multicolored varieties.
