Hello, this is my Echeveria hybrid and these are one of my recently new plants, but it seems like the petals on the plant are getting really mushy and like fall off any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

9sSoil is too wet and not enough light/airflow. You may want to remove the plastic pot and let it air out a bit
