I recently got a red sister plant that was in perfect condition! I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong, but 90% of the bottom leaves turned light (almost white) and kinda yellowish. I removed those leaves….. but I’m not sure how to prevent it from getting even worse. I’ve been watering per plantas schedule, and I have it close to a window since where I bought it from was in direct sunlight too. Theres a picture of how she looks now and how she looked when I first bought it! Thank you for any help.

These are very prone to spider mites who will demolish your bottom leaves - im pretty sure I see some on the plant in your before photo. Spray it down with mitex and clean it thoroughly. May also want to consider a brighter area - south windows do amazing for these guys.

Yes I forgot to mention! It did come with spider mites but I treated it…. Do you think this was maybe just a delayed response?

It could be possible but I would check for reinfestatiom first
