Is this a fungus on my Hoya leaves? This vine is new from this summer and it’s only on this vine. The other two are fine. Help please

SunnyIt looks like a fungal or bacterial infection.

I’m dealing with it on some hoyas. A fungicide might help if it’s a fungal infection.
