Went on a one week vacation and when I returned 3 of the leaves if my monsters are browning at the edges, is this a sign of thirps? Or another pest?

It’s probably not pests if you don’t see any. Check the roots for root rot or larva in the soil. It looks more like overwatering than pests.

So happy it doesn’t seem like pests! Thanks everyone, guess I am giving my monstera too much love and I need to check the soil a little more :)

this doesn’t look like thrips damage but like Sunny said, it’s likely a water issue. it could also be a fungal issue too. you can spray it with a fungicide to be safe and cut off the damaged parts so it doesn’t spread. also wash your hands before touching another plant, as that can spread.
