My Heart-Leaf Philodendron has some browning- it is slightly crispy, though does not need water because the soil is damp and I just misted. Please help. Thanks.

Are you talking about the sheath in the middle of the image? If so, it is perfectly normal for those to crisp up after her leaf has emerged. Sorry for being dense. Dealing with turkey hangover.

  Ah, yes thank you. This plant is new, so it was likely a shed from a store-shed leaf. Thanks.
