It looks thirsty

2件のいいねTreat like a succulent. They hold water in their leaves so need less frequent watering. Also think about where it grows in nature, in the crooks of a tree, so very little if any actual soil. It’s growing in whatever fell into the crook of the tree with it like chunky bark and sticks with some decaying leaves so it needs to be in a chunky mixture of bark, perilite (to aid with drainage) and a little bit of compost type soil or worm castings. Too much actual soil and it will hold water too long and rot the roots which I suspect is happening to yours. You may need to take it out. Cut the rootball off and try to reroot it. Once it reroots successfully the leaves will plump up again.
