Can anyone explain this mold on my pilea ? I repotted the soil - I’ve been scooping out the mold as I see it as that’s what I found to do on another forum - but it just keeps coming back ! >:(

    It’s not a bad thing it normally means that your soil is good, but you’re watering too much. I will recommend to not water the plant for a bit, to see if it disappears…

      Thank you - I’ve wondered this from time to time also! There really isn’t much out there about healthy vs unhealthy houseplant soil!

    i fertilized my plants and they all developed mold. i repotted all of them and no mold! yay.. so much wasted soil but at least the mold is gone
