My panda plant has never thrived.. he previously dropped SO many leaves and if you touch him they will fall off. He’s so sensitive what am I doing wrong

What is your care routine? How much light? Water? Extra. Succulents are not my experience but I’d say more light and less water. Because I’m an overwaterer I’d never use soil but that’s just me. Id also say check the roots for rot but you said every time you touch it the leaves drop.

I was doing every 2 weeks water and it’s in a window! Maybe less water to 3 weeks and a different window?

I don't have experience with this particular succulent but I find that letting them dry out 75%+ before watering always does mine well.
1 gillaDepends on the climate! But in the colder months, I typically go 3 weeks for succulents

Which direction does the window face? It will do best in a South or West window. Also maybe replant in the same size pot but not the nursery pot.

Okay I’ll replant this weekend and try to figure out which way my house faces and switch windows!
